Kindergarten Supply List

Community Supplies - The following items will be collected and used as community property.  Please DO NOT write your child’s name on these items:

• 3 boxes of Crayola Crayons (24 count)
• 1 box of Colored Pencils (12 count)
• 1 box of Crayola Washable Markers (broad, 8-10 count)
• 1 box of Crayola Washable Markers (fine, 8-10 count)
• 2 spiral notebook (70 count) plain cover
• 3 Dry Erase markers (fine point)
• 5 glue sticks (Elmer’s)

Personal Supplies - The following items will remain personal property.  Please be sure to write your child’s name on these items:

• 1 LARGE backpack (big enough for folder and bulky projects)
• 2 folders with pockets at the BOTTOM
• 1 pair of kids FISKAR scissors
• Lunch box or bag
• Extra clothes in gallon Ziploc w/child’s name
• Wired Headphones (not wireless)
• Water Bottle

Extra items that can be donated (Wish List)

• Stickers                            
• Baby Wipes
• Kleenex
• Character Bandaids
• Ream of White Copy Paper     
• Specialty color markers

First Grade Supply List

Welcome to First Grade at Cedar Way Elementary!  This list of supplies will help you get started on the first day of school.

You will need:

Please do not label the following with student’s name.

• 2 boxes Crayola crayons (24 count)
• 12 regular sized glue sticks (Elmer’s)
• 2 pink erasers (Pearl Brand)
• 1 pair scissors (Fiskars Kids – Blunt Tip)
• 2 folders (with pockets on the bottom)
• 12 Ticonderoga Pencils 
• Backpack or book bag (big enough to hold a folder, lunchbox) – no wheels on backpack (labeled w/student’s name).
• Wired Headphones for use with Chromebook (Regular over the ear headphones; NO wireless or battery required)

Note: Do not send binders, pencil sharpeners or pencil boxes to school.

Second Grade Supply List

Welcome to Second Grade!  This list of supplies will help you get started on the first day of school.

You will need: 

The following items need to be labeled with student’s name:

• Wired Headphones – Regular over the ear headphones that plug into the Chromebook. (NO wireless or battery required headphones)
• 3 Folders (with pockets on the bottom)
• Scissors (Fiskars recommended)
• Colored Pencils
• Backpack

Please do not label the following items:

• 1 pkg. Expo Dry Erase Markers (Black Fine Point) Not color, they stain.
• 2 Composition Books (WIDE RULED – Plain Cover)
• 24 #2 pencils (Ticonderoga)
• 2 box Crayons (24 count) 

Note: Do not bring three-ring binders.

• 24 #2 pencils (Ticonderoga work best)
• 1 box crayons (24 count)

• 2 pink erasers
• 2 Composition books (WIDE RULED, approx. 70-100 pages)
• Backpack
• Bring a favorite book on the 1st day to read during Independent Reading
• 1 small hand-held pencil sharpener
• 1 12-inch ruler
• Wired Headphones (NO wireless)
• Optional: Thin black sharpies
